KJPP Ristia Kurnia (KJPP RK) was established in 2014 to provide property valuation and consultancy services, which is provided with a business permit from the Ministry of Finance No. 3.14.0062. KJPP RK was founded by Hj. Ristia Kurnia, S.Ars, MBA, MAPPI (Cert.)

KJPP RK offers the property expertise to assist clients with an objective and reliable valuation. Equipped by strong research development and anticipation continuous change, our valuation team is ideally placed to keep abreast of new property trend.

The service we provide includes assets/property valuation, consulting services such as Feasibility Study, Highest and Best Uses, Project Monitoring, and other services.

As Director of KJPP Ristia Kurnia, she is responsible of the whole operation of the company. She has more than 8 year of professional experience in property valuation and consulting. Her area expertise includes development consultancy, market analysis, feasibility analysis and asset valuation of hotels and resorts, commercial offices, retail centres, apartment, land bank development, Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT) projects, and corporate asset portfolio
